Deakin is inner-south prestige — larger blocks, established homes from the 1930s through the 1960s, and a lot of embassies and diplomatic residences that need HVAC done quietly and cleanly.
Deakin's housing stock is broadly 1930s–60s prestige, which means clean truss roof cavities, generous eaves for outdoor unit placement, and enough block area on most sites to sit a condenser well away from bedroom windows. That combination makes Deakin one of the more predictable ducted retrofit suburbs — quotes rarely surprise us on site.
